How do I *69 someone who may have it blocked? I would really like to know who this loser is. Thanks.?
A-Best: If they blocked their call it cannot be traced or *69'd. But you can put a feature on your phone that will not except blocked number's. They have to unblock their # to call you.
They have this in my area through Verizon probably yours to. You can either call your phone company and set it up or Verizon there is a * 82 I think to do it but if you go to your phone company's website and check out calling features more than likely you can find it there.

A: You call the phone company and/or even the police. They have the ability to have it traced and give you the identity if they can trace it at least three times.
